Remove the Protective Cover: To begin using the Pro Sealer you must remove the protective cover at the bottom of the vacuum sealer (under the silver trim) by slightly bending the sealer.

Insert the Silicon Cover: Remove the black silicon cover located at the mouth of the vacuum sealer. Grab the clear silicon cover with a hole located in the center. Insert the clear silicon cover into the mouth of the vacuum sealer.

Place Food in the Sealer Bag: Place a food item of your choice into the sealer bag. Filling food above the blue line is not recommended.

Seal the Bag: Use a sealing clip and place it over the blue zipper line. Apply pressure while gliding the sealing clip from one end to the other to ensure a secure seal.

Use the Pro Sealer: Place the Pro Sealer over the air valve located on the sealer bag. Turn on the vacuum sealer by clicking the silver button located at the front of the Pro Sealer. The indicator light will turn blue while in use. Once the air is removed from the bag, the light will turn yellow and the sealing will stop.

Remove the Cover: Unscrew the cover and install 2 AAA batteries. Batteries not included.

Use the Wine Sealer: Place the wine sealer vertically on the bottle and press down.

Watch it work: The wine saver starts automatic vacuuming, and the top indicator light turns blue while in use. The wine sealer stops after vacuuming is completed, and the top indicator light turns green. All done!

Place Food in the Mason Jar: Place the food content of your choice into the mason jar. It is recommended that the food does not exceed the bottom thread of the mason jar mouth (for the best sealing effect). Cover it with the iron lid.

Use the Mason Jar Pro Sealer: Align the electric mason jar sealer with the mouth of the mason jar and press down horizontally into place.

Watch it Work: Click the button on top of the mason jar sealer. The electric mason jar sealer begins to vacuum. The display area will display the working time (approx. 20-30 seconds or more is recommended). Click the button again to stop the vacuum sealing. All done!
